What is the refund policy for items?

We do not currently offer a refund for items unless they are defective. If you have an issue with your order, please send us an email at complaint @ocubebooks.com and we will be happy to assist you. You will have to cover the cost of postage back to us.

Yes, we often hold a number of sales throughout the year and also doing the festive season. Follow our social media handle to keep up to date with sales/discounts.

We ship worldwide; if you cannot find an option for your country, please send us an email, and we’ll work with you to find the best option.

Is there a shipping cost?

Virtual and downable items are free. There is a shipping cost for physical items. The shipping cost depends on your location and varies depending on how many items you order.

How long does it take for delivery of goods?

It depends on your country and state of residence but usually within 2-3 weeks.
